I think INDUCTION process thingy gives you back your low end!
I was at Nissan the other day looking for 95/96 sticks to buy and i saw this big poster talking about "is your car reving high and moving low? do you wish you had that quick start like you did when u first had your car? Make your car a day old again" soemthing like that....anyway, it's this thing they call an Induction something...i'm so mad i forgot full name but it like cleans the engine and extra residue kept underneath pistons or something...it didn't look too complicated and made sense but it costed like 200 bucks + tax at the nissan dealership (showed price on poster)....if this is the case, i'm really thinking of doing this to my car cause although i still hit strong, i feel a small, REAL small hesitation when i floor it...can someone give me the full name or the last word...i don't want to travel 4 miles just to go back and see it again

Sounds like a complete engine flush to me...

I know what you're talking about. I think they might use B&G (not sure if it's B&G or some other initials?) and clean out the carbon buildup in the entire intake system. I don't remember what exactly they call it but it is recommended for older, higher mileage cars and is similar to a TB cleaning but more thorough. I think they might pressure feed chemicals into the intake runners as well. I had it done to my car at 103,000 miles and it did seem to do some good. I wouldn't do it if I had under 70,000. I had it lumped in w/ some other service so it was less than $200.00 but that is the going rate. You might be able to find another non-Nissan shop that can do the same service for less. Good luck.

I'm sure you mean the Fuel Induction Cleaning........
I had that done at 60,000 miles when I had a '98 Altima GLE and it made a world of a difference in performance & fuel economy
Now that I have a '98 Max SE w/ 70,000 miles, I'm considering the BG Fuel Induction Service ($130 at dealer in MI) along w/ the BG Motor Flush w/ oil change ($89) when the car reaches 72,000 miles.
Can't wait to see how my max will run after I do both services
