THIS IS MY 99 GLE WITH PCW 17 INCH RIMS , FALKEN TIRES AND MAXSPEED LOWERING SPRINGS. I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A LOWER DROP, BUT I CANT COMPLAIN. IT STILL HAS A SMOOTH RIDE. LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK...[IMG]HERE IS THE PICTURENEW RIMS AND SPRINGS

What I noticed is that the pillar for the front door seems to be body color, but the pillar for the back door is that black vinyl. Aren't the black vinyl covered pillars only on the GLE?

THE BACK DOOR WAS REPLACED BECAUSE IT WAS BADLY DAMAGED IN A PARKING LOT. THE FRONT IS THE ORIGINAL.

In that case I bet you've got an SE, not a GLE. You probably have a replacement GLE door on the back, though. Regardless, that's a good looking car, dude. The drop looks great.

Your max looks pretty tight...It would be a lot better without the caps lock :-). Peace.

The ride is still good with the stock struts. It does not bottom out, but I dont get on any serious bumps or sudden hills. The car has 48k on the odometer....
