Place Racing CAI and JWT??

I've seen many different type of intakes and filters, I'm thinking of getting a Place Racing CAI @ Custommaxima.com. It comes with a Monster Flow filter but I was wondering if it is possible to replace the filter with a JWT Popcharger. And if so, how much difference will it make in performance-wise. Is it worth my time???
What other intakes and filters do you guys use or recommend??

i dont reccomend either - get the cai from warpspeed ..........but if its from the two you listed - get the place racing - the monster flow filter is pretty good actually, very expensive too

I don't know. CAI may be better, but I love my JWT popcharger; pretty easy to install, a kick in the pants, and great sound (only at heavy throttle). Good luck (JWT $119 I saw recent and WSP CAI $155 w/filter I believe).

the warpspeed cai will give you the exact same gains as the place racing one, except for 50 dollars less. another difference is that it comes with a K&N filter rather than the monster flow filter that place racing has.............www.warpspeedperformance.com.........btw - if you want a pop charger - dont get it from JWT - they charge you 120 for sumthing that u can get for about 40

JWT is the only one that makes "popchargers"

You guys should read the results of a members experiment of CAI vs Pop vs OSCAI and then make your decision. It is at the top of the General Forum.

what he ment was you can buy a intake adapter for about $15 and get a universal 3" filter. that setup is the same thing as a popcharger minus the velocity stack.
