New pics are up for Maxximum Tuning Type-S Kit for 95-99 Max

New pics are up. Here are a few if it works on the thread... Pics of the kit on the max will not be available for another few weeks so be patient. These are pics of the kit as it sits right now before the molding. We will be offering this group deal once our previous order comes in stock. The price for the kit will be $750.00. Please add $130.00 for shipping to west coast. Please add $90.00 for shipping to east coast. For customers who pick up the kit at the shop just add the NJ Sales tax which is 6% which will bring the price to $795.00.

Got more pics too so if you want them please ask by E-mailing MaxximumTuning@aol.com

The rear Bumper will have two versions. One for a Dual Exhaust and One for a Single Exhaust. Also the Front Bumper will have a new grill that will make the kit fit from 1995-1999. Any more questions feel free to call us at 908-688-7746 or visit www.expage.com/maxximumtuning

Re: New Screen Name

wow. I really like what you have done with the kit, and i think the dual exhaust option on the rear bumper is a really really good idea.. I'll be home in new jersey in a month and i look forward to stopping by the shop and checking the place out and the kit out up close.

Hey Weasel... Sorry we can't take the gills out... but when you take the kit to the body shop they can easily fill it in for you. May cost a lil extra but you'll have it the way you want it.

Nismo... Yes you will be able to purchase the kit in pieces but we don't know how much we are going to sell it for in pieces. Also... the License Plate area is going to be worked in... still haven't started the molding yet but I haven't forgot about the rear license plate. Unfortunately there is no place for the Plate on the front. You can Zip tie it to the wide mouth grill if cops care about it in your state. Also there will be a Grill Molded on to the top of the front bumper so you can put your OEM one in your closet. Every kit will come with the mesh and primed ready to paint.

Seems that the idea is to wire the corner lights to blink.

it's really not a big deal.. most body kits dont have room for oem blinkers and side markets... because you dont need them.. as long as your corner's blink you are fine

Since the kit is made out of fiberglass... a good body shop can mold your stock lights into the kit.

Hmm...Fiberglass...sounds like it will shatter easily. Stillen makes their kits out of polyurethane, and it's like rubber and shatterproof, why don't you guys do the same?

I have the $tealin' front lip and planned on finishing on with the other peices but if your kit is good enough i'll go with you guys instead...

Just gotta know more about this 'Fiberglass' and if the kit is gonna look too much like a Honda or not.

If you see how thick the fiberglass is you'll see how bad other kit manufacturers screw over honda cars. Anyways, Poly-U is great but it can shatter too. Plus Poly-U will cost you guys another $400 plus its almost impossible to cutomize. I'm selling high quality fiberglass kits at low cost.

RedMax... if i send you a better pic of the front bumper can you do something like you did with the other pic?

Would love to see an actual car fitted with the full kit.
Then can decide. Nice job thus far though, especially the side skirts and the front, dunno about the back, have to see.

Urethane molds are incredibly expensive. And the Maxima market will not justify the cost of making entire bumpers from urethane. Stillen's kit is $700, to make a full urethane kit bumper replacements would be like double that.

And urethane kits sag. It's flexible, so over time, aggressive bumpers made from urethane sag slowly.

Ever wonder why 80% of aftermarket body kits are fiberglass? It's just a better material to work with when doing custom/wild kits.

It will be nice to also have a grille alternative.

Right now we are limited to stillen smx and trenz grilles. It will be great to have a 95-99 grill.

Good photoshop... If only those black holes were filled with mesh (including the grill) it will look very similar to the real one.
