replacing rear o2 Sensor on 95 GLE question..

Hi all,
first of, I bought the o2 sensor from autozone cause it was like 75 bucks...
so I was underneath my car and spotted the o2 sensor behind the cat conv... so I pull out the little black cap that was covering the wires and pull it out, I was pulling the wires our and noticed that the plugs do not match????
has anyone had this problem or tried installing the rear o2 sensor themselves?? do i have the right one and does anyone have a pic or illustration of where exactly the rear o2 sensor should be?? how hard was it to install??

thanks a million..

I think you've found the right O2 sensor on the car and have the wrong replacement part. I ran into the same problem when I changed mine as I was given the wrong replacement part the first time and found the exact same thing you're describing. You probably have one of the front O2 sensors. I'd take it back and try again.

That's exactly what has happened because when I ordered mine it was a direct plug up to the previous. You just got the wrong part. If you also got a 0304 code, go ahead and change the KS and it will make a big difference in your car. I changed the exact same two parts about a month ago and my car is running great now.
