my friend just got a 2003 eclipse 4-cyl...tiptronic...i have a 97 with an intake...i shouldn't be worried right?...both from a start and also top end right?

 

If it's a 4-cyl., I don't think you should have a problem. The V6's are another story.

I never had any trouble with 2k1 / 2k2 V6 eclipses...Even when they're 5spds. Those things... They're slow boats.

 

huh?, the old turbo 4's kicked ***. the newer 6's should be no problem.

Actually, now that I look at some of the numbers, maybe they can hang?
Probably with an Auto Max?

 

No dont even worry about the V6 autos the manuals would be close though.
