Just ordered WSP Y-Pipe and no reply

I ordered the WSP Y Pipe via Paypal last week, emailed Dallas about 3 times and no reply what so ever. Has anyone had this problem before. Any reason he is not responding, the money has already been sent!

Thanks

Happens all the time, I finally cancelled my order after 6 weeks of trying to get in contact with them. However, I am still not sure its cancelled because no one has contacted me. After about 25 phone calls I was only able to contact a LIVE person once to place the order and have never received a call back from a message or email. I also emailed Dan about it and he said to just keep trying and if I wasn't sucessful contact him again. I know they are good folks but you can't operate like that and expect to stay in business.

We cancelled it, we do not always have someone sitting by the phone. Our new website will eliminate the need for phone orders, will show what's in stock and what is not. When we are in the shop the machine gets full, it usually only happens though when someone calls 24 times and hangs up when the machine answers.

that is why budgetexhaust.com always answers their phone and is why people are going to him because it is 175 shipped stainless. i dont know how wsp can beat that- none of that ooo he has bad flex ect. its not true. the bottom lineis you take advantage of the currency difference. aluminized steel will last you 4-5 years as quoted. i mean really im not even exagerating!

wsp y-pipe

I got through twice, ordered my y-pipe/b-pipe fix yesterday. I tried probably called total of 8-10 times. Forget about leaving messages from my experience. They seem to be there in afternoon (3-5 cst) when I got through both times. I see why everyone praises them so much. Dallas was very knowledgable/personable. He'll talk you out of spending money if he thinks a cheaper product will meet your needs.
For all you fellow cheapskates out there, the b-pipe fix ($75 dollars with resonator) is a steal (2-2.5 extra mpg and 3-4hp?). The budget y-pipe is likely a very good option, but I'm with the "go wsp crowd" at present - I'll post my results after installation.

Yea, they have good service when you can get hold of them, they are busy people, but now my question is, you recently ordered a b-pipe fix for $75 with a resonator? Dallas just quoted me $150 w/o a resonator, $170 with, with a 4 year rust warranty since and they are aluminized. Why did you get yours so cheap? He says if everything fits good today (4/18) then they should have some available next week. I don't think it matters too much if I have a 97-99 model and you have a 95-96, or does it? Do the 95-96's have that crimp in the b-pipe right after the resonator as well?

The "b-pipe fix" is not a complete b-pipe, only fixes the crimp all gen 4 have after the cat (Dallas says they also have it on the new altimas). They run $75 & $10 s/h with resonator and $50 without (someone earlier posted $70 with $12.50 s/h??). They are making (NOT available for over a week or two) a complete b-pipe (Dallas was a bit frustrated, as word got out and he'd had over 15 calls about them, and not ready to start selling them yet) that I think he said would run about $170. WSP apparently doesn't have many people - Dallas and Dan (brothers) and I think their sister answers the phone some. They can't handle all the calls b/c of this, and the fact that he will spend all day on the phone if you want - he'll go over tips/installs/recommendation as long as you care to. Hopefully their website change (I think ordering online soon), will improve this substantially. I think these guys really care about there customers. He said he'd try to cram both my items into one of the bigger boxes he just got in to save me a couple bucks.
