Anybody running SC and NOS ?

Just curious. I was looking at getting a kit (NOS). I know jeff was going to reinstall his kit, but did he? Anybody ran into any problems? I'm running a 3.33" pulley.

Juicy boost is your friend. I recomend two step colder plugs, NGK BKR7E. An EGT gauge is a must! Some time on the dyno is also a good idea. I run a 3.125 and a 40 shot. The only two problems I have had are clutch and tire traction,

Someone at the Johnson Park meet in NJ had both...so it is possible.

Which NOS kit are you running? Also do you have to use a NOS controller?

You have an automatic right? So it might be easier for you to to run nitrous with the SC.

I dont have a "kit" I have a parted together system. I spray raw nitrous, no suplamental fuel. I use a Fields AFC to richen it up when I run nitrous.

That would be Sleeper aka Delos.

He is VERY fast for the little mopds he has. One of the only guys who I know that ran a 13.3 on a stock pulley in his 5spd. And yes, he has a slip to prove it.
