New RIM buying

Ok I'm looking to buy some new rims.

I've looked at Whalen and tirerack, what are some other good online places to buy rims and tires? Also, I know that Volks and some of the SSR rims are super light weight. But what is a good average weight for a 17in rim that wont kill my 1/4 mile time? I've found a couple that were 16lbs but I like the 19lb ones. I know that 99% of this is my taste, but I want to combine my taste and light weight and stay near or around 200 a rim.

Are the SSR integrals a good rim weight wise?

SSR competitions look real cool too - i am not too sure about the weight - according to the mille miglia website, their rims are light too, but i dont know the credibility of it, can someone verify it?
