Ordered my 2nd ypipe. Budget.

ok folks, I ordered a budget ypipe after beeing ypipe-less for almsot 2 years. The stillen one used to vibrate my car a lot when idling in D. I learned recently that's because the pipe was touching something.

Does budget pipe have the same problem?

Now decide this for me. For $800 bucks, NOS/ZEX or leather seats? I can get leather seats installed for $800, from a friend's dad who works at an upholstery shop.

My budget Y

Vibrates normally at stoplights/stopsigns. Not enough to bother me or for my passenegers to notice without me pointing it out. It clears without touching anything when installed.

I see. If it doesnt touch anything, thats good. Slightly stronger than normal vibrations coming from aftermarket ypipe is ok to me, but the vibrations I had from stillen pipe was more than "slight". It was because it was touching something.

If I was going to spend $800 on my car, I would definetly say go with NOS, not ZEX, and get the fuel pump and gauges to go with it. You will definetly enjoy the go as opposed to the show on this comparo. I have leather seats already and like someone else said, they are very temp sensitive. You also have be sure and maintain them or they will eventually crack and look like crap but that is to be expected since you should be maintaining any interior or it will look like crap.

he wasn't asking what you thought of budget...he said he got it so why bother trying to flame someone or a product because you and the some other people think more $$ is better?

i don't get why people can't just leave out comments that have no point or help the thread!

Best of luck with your BUDGET y-pipe...

But on a more serious note, what does your comment have to do with him saying he bought a budget. You basically are just wasting space by saying comments that have no point and offer no help towards the thread. On the plus side however, I am suprised you finally posted something where you didn't spell everything wrong.
