Pics of my 02 max with 20% tint and painted calipers

I had all the windows except my winshield tinted to 20% black last week.
Pic,

Heres a few pics of my calipers on my car which I completly removed and painted inside out. I did the left side of my car today and I'm going to try to get the right side done tomarrow. The left side took about 4 hours to do but IMO it was worth every minute!

Heres a few pics,

I ordered skirts and a valance 2.5 weeks ago I found out 3 days ago my rep at stillen was using my old credit card # and it would not go through, I gave him my new card and it's on it's way now. The kit should be here sometime this week.

Thanks for the compliments guys I'm happy I got the pics working, thanks for offering to help too Steve!

The kit was off of a 99 and in 2000 the hub rings changed so the 4th gen rotors would not fit on

ILoveMyMax, it's ellegal to have any tint here in R.I. Ohh well, I don't pack a gun any how

what about the calipers?? you could get rotors made easier then caliper brackets.

The calipers are the same I think but new 2 piece rotors would cost about $700ish. I never bought the kit so it's not worth all the bother and expense $.

Thats the same tint I got on mine. Emax, doesnt it looked mirrored sometimes in the sun. I got the metalic one. It gives that sort of mirrored look during the day...Nice calipers.. Im planning on doing the same, but red, and I really dont want to take them off...the lazy way...

Looking good. I was thinking of doing silver too...but i changed my mind to red (goes better with white and the rear markers imo). Silver looks great on ur car, good job. Was it hard to take off the caliper? i was lazy so i just cover up the other parts and paint the whole thing.

Your car is tight too. I personally think you should paint your calipers gloss black.

Taking off the calipers was pretty easy to do, it's pretty much like changing your brake pads plus removing a few more bolts. I think it comes out a lot nicer if you remove the whole caliper becuase that way you can paint the whole caliper inside out and you don't get paint on anything else.

Thank you, the paint Can just say's silver I think. The color matches my wheels and car pretty well, it's just a little brighter.

i wish i could get 20% but 35% is legal in mass and i couldn't even pass with that, had to try 4 places before someone forgot to check, the windows have like a 95% tint already and the 35% in that broightr it to like 32%ish and they wouldnt pass me.

eh that sucks. 35% is legal on the back 3 windows here in VA but 50% is the limit for the front. i decided to get 35% all around because i figured i wouldnt get any crap for having it in the front but i think im going to do 20%. im going to work at the Nissan dealer here at school next semester so hopefully i can get my car inspected there and they'll just ignore some stuff.
