Do you all think 120,000 miles is too many? Its a 4th gen GLE, its really nice but i'm not sure about the miles.

 

120,000 is not a lot, IF I put the miles on them. For me, if someone put the miles on the car, then it is too much for me!!

 

Agreed. 120k isn't much for a max (mine is just about to 100k and most people can't believe it when they see/ride in it). BUT, I now some others that are beat to death at 60k miles. Depends on abuse/maintenance/geography/etc.

...And I've had the car for less than a year and a half.
It's still running really strong. Last week I managed a 800 mile trip to IL from MD running 90-100 all the way there (except to stop for gas/bathroom)...then from Champaign to Chicago 2x...then from Chi to Balto again...No problems whatsoever...Still running STRONG.

 

186,000 on my 89

 

It's not bad IF the car has been maintained. Make sure you do the regular checks:

CarFax report
FULL inspection by a certified mechanic.
