4 rims and tires with UPS ground...say from florida to texas.

about $20-$25 a tire depending on weight. shiped mine from NC to CT was about $17 a tire/rim

 

ask your local Discount Tire Center if they will ship em for you. then it'll only be like $15 ea.

otherwise, if you dont have an account with UPS, it'll be like $50 ea...

Tirerack just shipped me a set and charged $50. They get great UPS rates since they probably ship thousands per day.

I'm about to ship a 16" set from IL to TX. $70 for all 4. (Tried bundling pairs together and that was more - around $80)

is this just four tire or four tire and rims?
I probably need quotes for four tire and rims...
I guess I am looking at 20 bucks a set...so abut 80 total?

 

That was 4 tires already mounted on 4 rims.

Now if you're shipping 4 tires from one place and 4 rims from another might I suggest ROADTRIP!

 

use the quick cost calculator on UPS' site. If you don't have a business account, it'll be $$$. If you have an account, ship rates are slightly less. The Z wheel/tire weighs about 40 lb/each, so it'll cost you about $20-25 per wheel/tire, give or take a few.
