The offset of your OEM wheels is +40mm.
A +42mm offset wheel will be "tucked-in" (further toward the centerline of the vehicle) than the OEM wheels (+40mm) by 2 milimeters.
(The higher this number is, the more tucked-in the wheel will appear, the lower it is, the more the wheel will stick-out from the wheelwell).
Will the wheels you specified fit your car? Yes.
Will they be the best choice? Hard to say - many people prefer to either match the OEM offset, or move the wheels slightly "out" or away from the centerline of the vehicle, which enhances both looks and handling characteristics. Personally, I would choose either a +38mm or +40mm offset for your application, but that's just my opinion.
As someone else said though, your tire choice is the other half of determining correct fitment in the wheelwell. Choose a tire that has as close to the same "overall diameter" or "OAD" as your stock tires, so you retain correct speedometer/odometer readings.
PS: You might consider doing some research on basic wheel/tire terminology/specifications, so you have a better understanding of what all the variables are: that way, you can make an educated decision & the one that's best for your car, instead of relying exclusively on random advice on the .org for this important decision.

Good luck w/ your choice!
