Warpspeed Performance

Has anyone had any problems with Warpspeed Performance as far as ordering goes? I have emailed them several times and received what looked to be an automated email. I have yet to hear back. I also called the toll free number which doesn't get you anywhere. Anyway, if anyone could tell me how I go about ordering an intake I would appreciate it. I need to place the order before this money burns a hole in my pocket.

Re: Warpspeed Performance

did you leave a message when you called?? thats what I did and they got right back to me. as for email, Dalls usually gets back to my emails in about 2-3 days..when I ordered my Y-pipe they were very prompt with returning my alls and emails. I think its only him and Dan in operatiosn so I think they probably get bogged down a lot!

Stay patient.. they're busier than most people could ever dream of being. Dallas starts about 7am every morning and doesn't sit down until after 10pm every night. 90% of it is dealing with WSP products.

I don't think they can do much more. they're hiring more people to help with things now, but they simply can't keep up with the business demand right now.

yeah, be patient. I am still waiting for my Y pipe and Cat from them. But I talked to Dallas yesterday and hes been waiting for parts from his vendor also, so Its not just them. You'll be even happier when it finally comes in.

Re: Re: Warpspeed Performance

I called and after about 4 rings, a machine picks up and says to start faxes at end of recording and to leave a voice message to try again later?? And they never responded to my email so, that is all I know. I'd just like to place an order.

Yeah, like Matt said, these guys are swamped. I just talked with Dan, and he siad they've found a couple guys to help out with the welding (it's easy to find welders, but difficult to find a GOOD welder). Every time I call the number, Dallas always anwsers, so just keep trying. I think Dallas will be free much more often when the other welder(s) get into it. Can't beat their products and pricing, though.
