I recived my 1st service survey from Nissan today. I took my car in because of a slight drift to the left at all speeds on all roads and believe it or not everything went very well. It is fixed, was done on time and no dings/knicks/damage. I would've swore I was at my Toyota store and I took care of myself! I sent the survey back a++ and am sure to make a friend of my service consultant. I already told him that I will take care of him with positive surveys as long as he does the same for my car. BTW The dealer is Fair Oaks Nissan in Waukegan, IL for the people in my area who want to know. Ask for Tim and tell him Scott from Classic Toyota sent you.

Now I know why my sells person was so nice and ask me to come for the free first service when survey will arrive.

 

sounds like a plan. i'll see about making an appointment with the dealership within a few weeks.

maybe you'd be able to meet me at the dealership and we could take a ride in your maxima and go get something to eat or something. believe it or not ive yet to ride in a 2k2!
