Pics of Meguiar's Showcar Glaze (Polish)...

This is the new polish available from Advanced AutoParts for $7.98. It is part of the the professional series in the beige bottles. I find it takes too much work as it was designed to eliminate the white dust most polishs leave, but in turn requires excess buffing. I must admit however, it does shine better than the majority of polishes I've used. Tell me what you think.

Pic 3 (I think this one shows it best)

I like it! Did you happen to do under the mask (hood section), so that it all stays the same color, and doesnt fade irregularly?

Hey SterlingMist,

Your 30% tint looks really dark, and hence, really good! Maybe its cuz of the light color of your car. Are you sure its only 30%, and if so, what brand is it, and do you ever get any trouble from the cops for it? Thanks

Looks great Cyrus! I actually used Meguiar's Mirror Glaze Professional Swirl Remover (cost $20 for a 16oz bottle ) today and it looks great. Seems like Meguiar's Pro series is really good stuff.

Thanks for the compliments guys!

gtr_rider, I think this answers your question...

Yes that is Nissan's crappy OEM paint. Polishing the whole car took about 3 hours with a buffer, I would guess 5 hours without one. Like I said it takes a lot of work... those who are lazy should probably stick to a conventional polish, but for those who are not this product is worth a try.

i am assuming that this is just a rub on thing, unlike the caruba waxes where you have to rub it off also - right?

Of course you have to rub it off, that's what takes all the time...
