Stock Rims

I have the stock 15" rims on my Groovy Black '92 GXE, but there are these tiny black spots on the rims that I can't seem to get off. Can anyone suggest something to get it off?

have you tried a pressure washer with some brake dust remover? ive found that spraying that on then letting it work and then pressure washing works pretty well.

Try Meguiar's Swirl Remover or Fine-Cut Cleaner (these may have been replaced by a newer product with a similar name but check Meguiar's website out). They work fab. on mine.
