This upgrade is only for the front brakes. You have to go with atleast a 17" and make sure there is enough room for the 4 piston caliper. Plus it costs alot. Like around $2700.

yeah... http://www.carparts.com has them for $2600, but they gave me a 20% off (no limit) code to use for anything because they f**ked up my order. So that would put them at about $2000? Still too much.

Yeah they are for the front only. They are 4 piston, 12.9" rotors and require at least 17" wheels for the caliper clearance. These will stop the car (including the SS brakelines being used) in about 120-130 feet from 60mph. I don't know what stock is, but i know mine sure do suck pretty bad when they heat up. The fade is horrible. Probably stop from 60mph stock in like 200+ feet. Not too good (or safe).

I have the Brembo crossdrilled (Not the big brake upgrade. These brakes with some Metal matrix pads make a huge difference. I can pound on them and see minimal fade.

Your current rims look great on your car. I am glad that they look good, that color makes it hard to find anything that looks good. My problem now is that everyone and their mother wants to race, and I don't need another ticket.

Yeah probably...Oh well. I'm thinking of selling one (or both) of my maxes this coming spring because I've been saving my money up for a 2001 TRD Celica 6spd (silver) and I'm not sure whether I'm going to sell my 90se though. If i do keep it, I'm not sure which one I'll use for a daily driver as both cars equally "kick ***!" I test drove a celica last friday and "WOW" I can't believe how much kick that little 1.8L 4cyl has! 180hp N/A plus the TRD package gives it "up to" 215hp if I want to get "all" of the options in the TRD package. "ALL" of the options put it over 30k though so I said forget that. I have $13,000 saved up, plan on getting about 2-3K for my 92GXE, and financing the rest, but by april/may of 2001, I'll have more that 13K saved up. I'll finance the remaining part. I couldn't believe how well that thing corners too! It's like its a go-gart. You can push it as hard as you want (so the salesperson tell me) into the corners and it will for the most part hold them. He let me take it close to WOT, (kinda) and at about 5000rpm or so, it get another "kick" which i think is the VVTLi (similar to the VTC on the 92-94SE's). Oh well, I'm done rambling for now...
