Please help if you have 95-96 Greddy
Just got a Greddy SP exhaust for my 95SE. Problem is, when the muffler shop was installing it, I noticed that it had an O2 sensor hole. when it was fully installed, the muffler tip stuck out some 2 1/2 inches out past the bumper! It doesn't look good! Obviously, I received a 97-99 cat-back exhaust instead of 95.
No biggie. The shop put a o2 sensor plug in, and tomorrow, I will go back to get the tip shortened. The actual polished tip is connected to the muffler by a short piece of pipe--it shouldn't be too hard for them to do.
Q: how far does the tip extend on you 1995-96 Greddy cat-back? Is it flush with the bumper, slightly in or slighty past? I want to get it to what it should have been.
Thanks

The 0.5 to 1 inch sounds about right. I have a '99 with the SP exhaust. I'll get the tape measure and be back in a few minutes. I also had to plug the extra sensor hole. But my mechanic didn't have a plug so he just welded it. Works for me. Hang on a minute while I find the tape measure.
