Need help with a couple of Problems.

My wife's 95' SE has a few problems I could use some help on. First is the molding that runs along the middle of the doors has come loose at the front. Looks like there used to be a plastic tab that went into the body that is now broke. What is the best way to reattach the front of the molding? Second there is a hum that has been comming from the back of the car as speeds increase and has been there as long as I can remember. I swapped the front tire with the rear and the hum moved to the front of the car so I know its the tire. The rear tires are Dunlop D60 A2 and are a few year old with plenty of tread, the front tires are the newer replacement for the D60 A2 and are Dunlop SP Sport A2 almost new. could a balance problem cause this even thought the car has no vibration? Could the D60 A2 just be noisy tires? Any Information would be greatly appriciated.

I have a set of D60 A2's on my Max I got from the dealer. Dunlop discontinued them. Not sure why but mine now have a nastly little vibration that becomes noticable aroun 75 MPH and gets worse from there. I was told by a tire dealer it was the tires. Guess if he sold car stereo systems, a new stereo would have made it go away too.

I can't wait to get rid of my D60 A2's. I love the traction. I hate the noise and the vibration.

Ditch the D60's.
