Ok so last night I go to start my car and the most disgusting awful sound ever came from under the hood... the car choked but it never turned over...and the sound it made when it choked was horrible...the best way i can describe it is like my engine coughed or choked in slow motion...then i gave it a little gas and it turned over really slow, sounded like 1 cylinder at a time almost as if it was cleaning out the system...then there was smoke and a potent odor....it was either gas or burning oil... immediately turned off the car...about 5 minutes later i gave it another shot and no problem since then...NE ideas...should i just be grateful my car works again..??
