Brake/Rotor question

Just came back from Myrtle Beach Bike Fest over the weekend (oh God thank you for creating women) and oh boy are there some weird noises coming from the front left wheel when I'm braking. Happens when I brake light. Also when i'm on the highway and press the brake I get a real bad vibrating action even if i'm not braking hard. I'm figuring my front rotors are shot. I ordered the brembo x-drilled/slotted rotors (factory size) before i left so now they have all arrived and are ready for install. Only question is should I or better yet can I go with brand new regular nissan pads? I really only purchased the rotors for looks so i'm not looking to get any performance enhancement out of it so why should I buy aftermarket pads and have to deal with squeal if you know what I mean, not to mention the brake dust that comes with it. Just need a little advice before tomm. morning. Thanks.

There's no problem with putting the Nissan pads on. You'll just wear through them a little faster than you did your last set.
