You have to loosen both the tensioner pulley center bolt AND the adjustment nut from above (at about the 1 O'Clock Position).

I'm not sure about the PS belt off the top of my head though.

Does anyone happen to know? I actually know that you need to loosen 2 bolts, but I need to know what kind of 12mm tool to use since a socket wrench is impossible to fit. I'm stuck at the point where I have taken the first belt off but need to emoe the power steering belt in order to proceed in the UDP install. Someone help me out. Thanks.

The tensioner can be reached from the underside of the car. You have to try various combinations of extensions, swivel adaptors, etc., and then snake your tools and hand up to reach that tensioner. that and a lot of patience. I didn't use any special tools to remove the PS belt.

There is another bolt that you have to loosen before you start turning the tensioner. It's just above the tensionser head and, if i remember it right, it's easier to reach it from above.

good luck!

There is a nut that acts kinda like a lock on the adjustment bolt. It's easiest to get to from the top of the engine. The power steering pump itself has to be loosened so it will pivot. You will need a 14mm wrench in order to loosen that bolt. For the actual adjustment bolt, a 12mm socket with a swivel and a long extension works best.
