cattman vs warpseed for last time.

I have done the search a million times, but some of the posts are outdated. I know that cattman had problems with the fit before, but does it now. Both brands use 304 stainless steel and have a flex section right. So isnt the real breaking point the cost of each one and the sound of each one, or do you guys think one is truly far superior.

read the posts on the main forum about the cattman stuff.

IMO, the WSP products are better quality. they don't have ANY issues with the flex section or poor fittment problems. Cattman continually has problems with the fittment and failing flex sections on his pipes- even after repairing the bad flex sections for his current customers.

most of the problems are seen on the 4th gen parts, but the 3rd gen are of very similar design and quality.

There's really no comparison between the companies. Cattmans prices are high, they have fitment problems like Matt said but on the other hand Warpspeed has excellent service, prices, and quality. Go with warpspeed.

I don't think that there is any difference in sound, unless you count bees in the can. I've got a WSP and it fit on perfect. Installation was only 30. The hardest thing is getting the bolts off.

They're pretty much the same design, so there will not be a noticable difference in sound between the WSP and Cattman.

if the remus is a straight through design, it's going to be pretty loud. I've got a y pipe, stock b pipe with resonator, and a universal straight through muffler, and it is unbearable at times. In fact, I'm buying a stock replacement muffler from WSP most likely.

yah Id go with WSP for the Ypipe. It fitted great, and everything. I also would like to add that the Ypipe I had didnt make bees in the can sound. so I dont know about other cars.

The hardest thing about getting the Ypipe is actually getting ahold of Dallas haha, installation was easier than actually getting it. hahaha
