VG30DE (92 SE) wiring diagrams / service manuals

These just don't seem to exist. I checked the Haynes manuals, and they cover 85-91 and 93 to 99....

they go from SOHC to the VQ

does anyone know what brand might have the VG30DE? I'm looking all around for manuals in my local shops... I dont wanna order just yet but oh well...

For those who do extensive electronic mods

I have the Haynes service manual and it seems to do an adequate enough job for any electronic wiring schematic needs I've ever had in the 6 years I've owned the car...

everyone seems to tout the FSM. In terms of wiring diagrams, how does the FSM differ from the schematics in the Haynes manual?

FSM haynes

FSM has a huge section in the back about wiring, has diagrams for 99% of the wiring in the car, everything you can think of, while haynes only has a few select ones (which are useful though)

Haynes and Chiltons manuals are allright and can be helpful, but the FSM goes into so much more detail and has tons of procedures those others dont
if you really into doing some work on the car, the FSM is the way to go but not really necessary for minor work

keep your eye out on ebay, I got mine for $45 and know many others that have gotten it for something close to that

Chiltons has an 85-92 which covers the VE fairly well....FSM is best bet though....check Ebay.

yes

if you read the haynes manual it doesnt cover the ve yoou need chiltons or service manual. Also if you have the ve don't bother getting the code scanner you dont need it unless you have a toyota or honda. Just take off the kick panel passanger side turn the ignitioon key to on don't start, then turn the diagnostic **** all the way clocked for three seconds then turn all the way counter clockwise and start counting the flash's they are the codes and they are listed in the manual. dont forget to mark the spot where the diagnostic lever was to put it back when your done. 55 means your all goodood

on the sentra board, they say some critical info in haynes and chilton's incorrect. that's pretty scary.
I have a chilton that covers up to 1992. I don't like it cuz either 1) I can't read schematics or 2) the diagram sucks. I'm trying to wire my alarm and I can't seem to figure out what color wires I need. I can trace them in the book (sorta), but in real life, i'm not sure if i've got the right wires. argh!
Keep watching ebay. I bought my 1993 altima fsm for $45 and 1996 Altima for $10+ship. I just saw a 1993 Altima fsm for 25+ship. I'm about to sell my 1993 altima fsm for $35 shipped. I'm looking for a 1993 and 2000 maxima fsm
