becuase they are probobly fake! I just got mine from GR Racing as well.

 

or he bought the rotors and doesn't need/want them anymore and is taking a loss from the purchase. Email him and ask

 

Don't forget to add the $25 for shipping and you are right back at eatricezone's prices...without the assurance that Phuong gives you that his rotors are brand new. Plus the auction has yet to close.

I have yet to order anything from Phuong, but I must say that his prices are about as low as it gets. If I had only known of his site before ordering my Y-pipe.........
