2001 Brake Rotors (yet again)

I hate to bring this up again, but I have a 2001 with 20k on it that's going back to the dealer tomorrow to have the rotors cut. I told the service guy that I thought it should be covered under the warranty - and he literally laughed. Then I brought up the TSB and he immediately said that TSB's issued one year are automatically corrected in the next model year - so again its not covered. Damn!

full of BS

I would try other dealer b/c there are many told me that brake rotors are under preventive maintanance. but some will still do it under warranty. Plus, on the TSB it stated that it covers under 36k/3 year warranty.

Update

My wife picked it up today from the dealer - and despite what the service guy previously said - they covered it - no charge.
