How do you remove the intake resonator?

Does anyone have instructions on how I can rremove the intake resonator? I would appreciate it. The more detail the better.

Which one? My understanding is that there is two. One on the tubing behind the driver's headlight and the larger one on the tube comming from the oem air box into the intake manifold?

I cut mine off (the one in toward the engine, above trannie)with a hacksaw and sealed the little hole with a cap and some RTV

Why? It doesn't do anything for performance and the risk of leaks from trying to plug it up goes up. If you want sounds, just break down and get the cone filter. This one sounds/performs great!

Well, i did it before i found out about this board, and i did have a cone filter too, i thought it may sound a little deeper(and my friend who was there was trying to talk me into it too)
