if i wanted to change the lighting back ground behind the dash speedometer. In a few easy steps, i would like to know how. Thanks

 

You must take the cluster out and then simply unplug the 5 I think #194 bulbs they pull out of the back of the cluster it is simple to do. it's been a while since I put my white overlays in there are pics on my page link in my sig

 

ok ok after you remove the black thing with a screw on it, how do you get to the back of the dash??Thanks

 

There should be one screw centered at the top of the cluster,take it out and then the cluster should come on out, what year do you have and be specific if you will with the step you are at now,I will help you but you have to help me so I can know how far you are in your taking apart.

 

Once you pull out the black trim ring, 3 screws hold the guage pod in. remove them, unplug the 3 wire harnesses in the back , and there you have it. Easy as pie. Check the FAQ, there is a posting there with pics...
