i was just wondering of a 1997 se maxima would be able to fit 20 inch rims, i know that i have seen them with 19's but i was wondering if 20's would fit. thanx

 

it has been done before, i have a picture of a white maxima with 20 inch chromes. he said there was no rubbing unless he took a really hard turn. here is the pic of the car, i hope the owner of it doesnt mind me posting it.

Unless your car is a touring car, 20" rims are nothing but a detriment to the performance. The increased weight of such large rims does not help the handling and the large diameter only serves to decrease the acceleration.

And not all chrome is ghetto. The chrome trim on a Passats is not ghetto. The chrome rims on those cars in all of the hiphop videos you see today is.
