Black outs v clears

Black outs v clears
I am not particularly smitten with the clears, esp on a black Max, but have seen the circular black out break/turn signal lenses on 3rd gen Max's (best described as looking like the factory lights on BMW's) and am wondering...
1) Where does one get these?
2) How hard are they to install?
