OK so yesterday it was really hot, rolled over to a friends house for some beers and his pool. Turned off my car go back towards the trunk to get my bag out and I hear this buzzing noise. Sounds like a little bumbble-bee is in my trunk. So I opened my trunk, nothing in there. So I get down under the car and theres this light buzzing coming from under where the gas tank is. Anyone have any idea what it could be? I've never heard it before...

That is pressure from your gas tank releasing into your evap system.
