insurance questions...

insurance questions..

1) in a no fault state, and the other party is found majority fault, do you have a right to request your deductible back from the other party

2) if 1 is true, what steps do you have to take to do # 1.


i miss my 2k... ..... im stuck with a suburu legacy wagon for a week.

1.so the other party is responsible for the accident and u can eitehr deal with them and have them fix ur car for ya. or have ur insurance deal with them and pay the deductible first. you will get it back through ur insurance company and I recommand the second option. cause I have dealt with other insurance myself before and pretty much they just ignore every phone call and message u left.

2.just ask your agent or claim team...might take a while depends on how well other part responded. I would recommand to ask your bodyshop to over-quote 500 dollars just for ur deductible so u dun have to pull it our of ur own pocket.

Use your Insurance Company

Use your insurance company to beat on theirs for your deductible....
I got mine to beat a check out of Progressive in less than a week for my deductible.
