im torn...diamond cut clears or regular clears

being a the proud owner of a 95, i own a set of those wonderful cloudy headlights that everyone constantly defames (hey i like em)...anyway my question is this: when i get my clear corners should i go with the cloudy ones to go with the headlights or get diamond cut clears? any opinions would be great

i did search on this...but it was tough to find. i know this has been discussed before but oh well. sorry for those of you that have heard this so many times.

IM not showing you the difference in the look, im showing you the difference with them compared to the headlights.. The regular match the foggy headlights very well, but the diamond give the car a cleaner cut..

I have a 96 and I just switched from the cloudy (they had a leak) to the diamond. I think the diamonds look great. Some people think that the diamond clears look bad on a 95/96, but after seeing both I wouldn't hesitate buying the diamonds again. Go to CustomMaxima's web-site they have a close-up of a 95/96 with diamonds.

Do a search

... doh ... wait ... force of habit.

Regular clears for 95 ... matches the lights better and less chance of them getting stolen.

i put the regular clears on my 95, i wasnt too crazy about how they looked. I think D/C clears look better on all of the cars, reguardless of the type of headlight. The d/c look more OEM where the foggy clears make it obvious that you changed them

Whichever you can get cheaper. I disagree with clee130, I have the diamond-cut corners and they match very well. The thing is that they're so far apart from the headlight that when you're close you can't look at both at the same time, and when you're far enough to see both you can't tell because you're too far away. I would have bought the normal ones but I followed what other people told be and bought the diamond-cut ones. My mistake, I could have saved $30 at the time.

i have diamond clears on my 95 and think they look so much better than the regulars. you don't see the huge difference between cloudier headlights and the crisp clear of the bumper lights...atleast in my opinion. so i say get whichever you really think looks better...cuz they both still look better than the stock amber. goodluck

i own a 96 max with 99 headlights and corner lenses and still have the regular DC clears on. Those diamond cuts look to ricey IMHO. so now they collect dust on my shelf

a cleaner less clowdy lense means ricey? i'll have to take that down in my notes...so next time my windshield is covered in pollen or anytime it's dirty or foggy, i won't make it too clean and clear because i don't want to be considered ricey.

Have had them both on my Maximas, and the diamond looks MUCH better than the regular. I hate foggy lights, I recently bought 99 i30 headlights to rid myself of the foggy ones.

Where can one get clear headlights, I haven't seen anything like that before. I might be getting the d/c lights soon but if you guys dont think there is a difference then I might just save $30 and get the foggy ones.
Thanks,
Paul
