For All Turbo Max's...EGT readings

Can any turbo maxes out there tell me what kind of EGT readings you guys got. It'd help me out alot, thanks.

Also for my setup, what would you think of a J&S Electronic Ultra Safeguard and an FMU (instead of a S-AFC) for fuel and engine management. Should I still get the S-AFC??? thanks

The temp you get on your EGT really depends on where you put your EGT probe. I have one of my probes just below the manifold in the Y pipe. The highest you should probably go is 820 C. Check around other threads too, this is not the first time this has been asked. Temp you blow your engine is not specific for turbos, supercharger guys also face similar issues with fuel delivery and tuning and blown engines.

I have already emailed you my opinion on the about FMU and super AFC. Get both for tunability and safety. At a minimum get the FMU. (Make sure you get the right FMU if you only get that). You may find a lot of S/C guys have both.
