Yikes could be time to change the clutch or at least go get it adjusted. Also when was the last time you ad your clutch, tranny, and everything else serviced for that matter!

Mine is also weak and has to be pushed down near the floor to engage it, but ooh well time to finally take on the task of installing a new pilot bearing, throw out bearing, ACT 6 puck clutch HDR6 kit, and AASCO flywheel I have had collecting dust next to my bed (SIGH!). Anyone want to give me any pointers or come to Lexington or meet somewhere and have tons o fun for a day.

got take it to your trusted mechanic and have a free estimate done! That would be my best advice to you, because it sounds like it simply needs to be adjusted then.

That's what was happening to my clutch before I replaced it, but the clutch was slipping really bad also. I purchased the ACT Street Clutch set with the heavy duty pressure plate about 1200 miles ago and Man do this new clutch GRAB!!!!! So it very well maybe the clutch going up.

I would just have checkout..
