Infiniti dealerships...

I am curious, all of us talk about how much better customer service is at Infiniti which is the main reason to upgrade to an Infiniti vehicle when you have the $$$... Well:

Will Infiniti dealers service (and do warranty work) on new Nissan vehicles the same way a Nissan dealership will???

You would think that the dealers would have warranty and service authorization that overlaps so they could work on both... What do you guys think? Anyone had any luck just using Infiniti service and warranty dept. for a Max???

that is just....

plain BS...

It's the same freakin motor... I'm pretty sure the at least 80% of the mechanical hardware components are used interchangibly... the only real difference is the freakin badge... kinda OT but same goes for acura=honda and lexus=toyota. It is what corporate america marketing is doing to get the extra dough from us. Pretty much similar to what GM, ford, and daimler-chrysler has been doing for decades...

In a way it's just like saying, well you didn't buy our brand (badge) so we ain't gonna fix shiet unless we get paid the ben's to do so.

Yeah there a guy from Hawaii here Shadou or something like that he takes his car to Infiniti all the time. I have too but that was only for balancing, but I did get a loaner.
