How do you adjust the hood?

Well i got into a car accident december last year and the driver side of the hood will lift up when driving 30+ mph. Its really annoying and i want to fix it. After inspecting the hood a few times, there doesnt seem like a way you can really fix this. All the sides fit flush where they belong, its just that the driver side nose area lifts up when air gets under there. Any ideas how to adjust it or should i get hood pins? what to do?
