Brake Job

Guys,

My calipers go frozen after the mechanic installed new rotor and brakepads. He said I needed new calipers and he is telling me the parts are for 85 each (refurbished).....is that a good deal?

Also....the rotors I got were 25 each and brake pads were 20 dollars (lifetime).

Please let me know.

THanks.

$85 for rebuilt calipers sounds 'bout right.

$25 for each rotor? Thats Cheap $hit!!!

$20 for brake pads? Do they even stop the car?

When it comes to brakes, I'd spend s bit more $$$$ and get some good stuff on my car. Smooth strong stopping power is very important!

I paid $27 for my front rotors, but the 85 dollars for calipers, u should be able to get your core back on those. I got my core back, it was like 80 bux for the caliper and 40 for the core, so you'll end up paying 80 dollars for both calipers. Try doing it yourself, its pretty easy.

Do they make EBC green stuff for our cars?
