Its probaly wired in a series. So you have to put get another front light to power it. Basically if something is missing in a series nothing works. Like if you pull the bulb out of the old chrismas tree lights basically everything would go out. The new ones are wired in parallel so you don't have to worry about that...

ah so just trying to get them to work. Fair enough.

As was already posted, check to see if they are wired in parallel. If they are then that could be the problem with the broken bulb. But I have a kid in highschool I knew that had them and he had some bulbs out and the string worked so idk if thats the problem.

Ok...

Dude I mean No offense/hate by this post whatsoever......

I understand it's your car, but you have alot of crap to take care of before you start messing with underglows and whatnot.

Things I'm Talking about:

The MESS of wires in your engine bay.... Fire Hazard

The Muffler Sticks Out Way Too Much... It Looks Tacky and Almost Ricer...

You need a Drop ASAP... If your are gonna have big rims, this is a Must.

Again Dude I'm not hating, I know I'm still Considered a Noob, and I'm not much older than you, but I think you can turn YOUR car around before it's too late.

Just looking out for you, really don't want you to get hated on by the Maxima seniors..

:-)

+1 on the series wiring. if you just jump a wire from the + to the - on the distribution block it should work. i wouldn't power it for too long though because there will be some resistance issues. just long ehough to see if it will flash on.

the part that you have is the distrobution block for the individual tubes. It separates the positive and negative for each tube. You should be able to connect them with a small fuse(1-5) to the battery and they should light. there should be a litte hole on the back side of the block to plug in a cigarette lighter adapter. Good luck

looking at your picture again I can see the plug for hardwiring is plugged in. Just make sure that the striped wire gets positive and the solid gets ground. the black is probably grounded and the striped wire goes to a switch

^^^Respectable, It's ur ride do as u please.......now with your neons, I think they may have been run in series so unless u replace the broken one- the circuit may stay open thus ur light won't turn on, Im' no electrical wiz but from my understanding u could probably jump out the broken one to get them to turn on......I'm not gonna elaborate on how I would do this cause I don't know how good u are with electrical circuits and most importantly I wouldn't want u to burn ur car down. My recomendation is to take it to an automotive electrical shop (sound systems, etc.) and have them take a peep at it, could b a ballast or something.

EDIT: Didn't realize that series and parallel's were already addressed by cdg and black, leaving it though--->good luck

What's wrong with underbody LED's? I actually like them, and no I'm not a ricer. I mod tastefully (no 20" chrome, no big exhausts, no big wings, no purple HID's, etc. etc.)

i don't see where you mention about the switch, i mean i see the module for the neons in the pic, but it does not say where it gets its positive from, cigarete lighter? park lights? alternate switch? something has to be there to control the on/off. just follow the wires, it should led right to the switch that is used for these.

You need the following to go with your underbody neons.

1) Neon glowing stem valves
2) Neon license plate bracket
3) Disco ball where dome light is

It's like a moving christmas tree

Underglows aren't as bad as you guys make them out to be, I mean it's not like he has 5.5 gen's w/spacers painted black, altezza's, rainguards, and a muffla................ Now THAT would be rice...........

To test the series theory, put a damn paperclip in the missing spot.
