20 inch wheels to big on a 4th gen?

Need your opinions, considering picking up a set of ford flex wheels..

this style specifically:

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Factory-OE-20...item35b42e3412

Love the style, but worried the wheels would look a tad to big.

thoughts?

I wouldn't do it man, the tire will be too thin. I had 19" staggered before and the ride sucks so much ***, but to each his own as the cliche goes.

IMO, 20" rims are look too big for a 4th gen, makes it too Donk looking, plus those Ford Flex 20"'s are going to be like putting 4 boat anchors on your car.

But if you like them, go for it.

20's have no business being on a Maxima, especially on a 4th Gen. Charger, Impala, Crown Vic, sure. But a Maxima? Absolutely not. Just my opinion though.

20s lool awsome on an a32 with a good drop, the correct tire size and the right offset/width. It has been done plenty of times and looked awsome.

On the other end of the spectrum, it can look terrible if not done the right way. Those wheels you linked though are not my cup of tea.

g35's would be ideal. add spacers to bring it flush and it will look 100x better imo

so the G35's looked great, but made me hate my springs. (fack you progess and your ****ty drop)

due to a 40 series tire, I looked like a 4x4.

even my boy (shippedout) immediately said aww **** it, lets swap back.

Time for a dumping.

*no homo*

20s are not even close to making it a donk I ran 20s on both my 5th gens with 2 different drops no problem.

I like the design of those but 20's are too big for my liking on 4th gens. 18's in that style, flush, would be dope.

The only rims besides the standard ones on the SE I'd put on would be the 350z wheels

20s are a bit large and it will be a lot of trouble if the roads are rough in your area. I had 17s (235/45/17) with Eibach springs with Blisteins and it rode fine.

I have 18's on mine and I couldn't imagine putting anything any bigger on there. I personally would have gone with 17's if I could do it all over again.

those rims would look good i think...I would compare the weight difference between those and stock rims to see how big the difference is because you will of course be adding more weight...if all else fails make em ur summer rims
