Agreed. Though, doesn't the 350z have something similar if not the same?

Similar. The Z rims have a dimple in between each of the spokes on the center hub.

Surely at least a width difference, if not size as well.

i bought them rims but they need 2 tires.yo no joke they're pretty expensive.i need to buy 2 tires(245/45/18) before the snow comes they start off at 155 each lol. My 20in tires are 160 each.Thats the size of the tires thats on there now. Is there a specific size i should buy? Oh one other thing is there any infiniti center caps that will fit?

I think 235/40/18 is the size you need. There is a wheel/tire forum that should answer your questions. There are also tire size calculators online that will tell you what size is closest to stock.

I have those on my 5.5 Gen, but I have the winter rims on right now 17's from an 06 G35x.

** The center caps from the 17" G35 rims will fit because I took the Nissan center caps from my 18's and put them on my G35 17's and vice-versa.

AFAIK, 04-06 Maxima wheels are 18x7.5 (+40?), while the 350Z 03-05 non touring 18's are 18x8 +30. The dimple between the spokes is the only noticeably visual difference.
