weird looking stuff on the spark plug ends? 02 i35

So for the last month ive been having problems of my car misfiring at a stop or skipping when coming to a stop but no codes. I pulled 3 of the front spark plugs to find an orange looking hardened deposit on the ends. This is a vg35 engine it starts and drives fine just at coming to a stop it goes putt putt sometimes. Have about 227k miles. So im wondering how much longer do I have or is it time for another engine.

thats normal, you look like you are past due for a tune up such as needing new spark plugs as you know the intervals for plugs with platinum or iridium are up to 100k miles.

If you're going to change the plugs it's also time to swap the rear valve cover gasket if it hasn't been done yet. It's most likely leaking. It's a cheap part and most of the work is already done to get to the rear plugs.

Thanks for the advice, when i bought the car 2 years ago the number 5 plug was soaked in oil so i got a 6th gen valve cover from a pull a part. Hasnt leaked since i dont believe i did the rear valve cover gasket also. I didnt do the front valve cover yet though although i smell oil on the ends of the coils when i remove them, dont see any. Im thinking of going with iridium plugs though. And coils from rock auto.

To be honest i replaced the plugs 2 years ago, but within 2 years ive put about 40k miles on the car. Coils were not nearly new, ive got some from pull a part that were hit or miss because i dont know how to test them with the ohm meter, but ive only bought 3 new coils from amazon.
