I would like to give props to all turbo/sc max's
 

you know i owned a max since h.s. it was a 1986 and
it was the hottest thing out at the time. but the only problem
was it didn't get props for performance. i first started serious modding
in about 92 and when i used to talk to other people about it
they would just laugh and say are you serious, that use to p!ss me off.
they called it jap crap! thats when it hit me. i found out about stillen
then thing slowly started to change.. by 1996 i had a stillen s/c
which people still took for a joke at the time. but then when i started to win races people started to notice. now if it wasn't for the org and some of you pioneers i probably would of stop modding. but you guys have opened up a vast world of ideas that have turned our maximas into some of the fastest family sedans around. now all of us fI guys have spent countless time and money to accomplish this. so i'd like to take my hat off to you guys and say thanks, cause without you i would not
have a 300 plus hp grocery shopper..

Yup!!! thanx to all the innovative ideals these guys have contributed throughout the years.

You have a Stillen SuperCharger in a 1986????

no. the only thing they had available back then was the stillen throttle body which i never did. i put my first s/c in my 1996 se five speed, it was the v1. my 86 max was brand new out the box, people didnt even know what it was. i put a karmanami full fiberglass kit, rims and exhaust thats it.

yes i did have about 300hp in my 96. i had a five speed and it was a
bich to keep on the ground, traction was terrible. but i picked up a 97 auto which has a little more horses, how much i dont know haven't
dyn'od yet. this is the fastest car i've ever owned, thanks to the org.

Since i never introduced myself to the FI part of the Maxima forum, I'm kind of a newbie to the Maxima forum- if U look at the # of my posts, but I been here for quite some time. Today is really the 1st day I visited the FI part of the forum ! Well here is my FI ride... Its kind of a sleeper but she should run high 12s with a set of slicks on the stock BBearing T25 like other G20s have. BTW it won't run 12s on a stock motor, ya need a few items- S-AFCII, FMIC, 3" exhaust, 15psi boost, Walbro and slicks. I used to be a Nissan mechanic, so Maximas are not new to me at all, I owned a few Nissans, TTZ, SE-Rs, Altima, 2 Maximas, and a G20.
