I would think that paxton and vortech would be similar

Similar won't cut it, the pulley needs to be dimensioned so that it fits very closely to the Vortech drive shaft.

The hole diameter may be different, and the distance from the shaft shoulder that the pulley butts up against to the pulley centerline may be different.
