Would you buy this turbo?

hey guys i found the turbo on a local forum and its got a great price tag. i would like to hear your all's opinion on it first tho

what would u do with it....j/k get a good brand turbo if u wanna go turbo... it will last longerand outperform Imitations..

is it a full garret? both housings and turbine is garret?

make sure its not a cheap knockoff or a china brand....

You would want to see the condition of the blades. You need to take off the housings in order to get a good look.

+1 if the guy selling it doesnt know anything about it your jusw asking to get screwed it could be way to small or way to big or it might need a rebiuld

Well i talked to the guy today and he said it is a complete garrett turbo, both sides. He said it was recently rebuilt and hasnt be used since. Im going to meet up with him on Friday to check it out.

if it is a stock turbo off a grand national "which it appears to be" it would be to small for a VQ, a t3 .63 a/r turbine housing would choke it pretty bad in the top end

haha its funny your part of tampa racing. I am part of 305sr which is the local street scene down here in miami.
