Can anyone tell if this is a Stillen plate or one of Matty's? If it's one of Matty's, is it nickel coated?

That plate definetly has a coating on it, otherwise it would have a lot of surface corrosion (rust)

Its definetly one of my plates, as far as the nickel coating, it could be and could not be. Looks like its wearing off at some parts, so that kinda points to no

Its a bit smaller than the Stillen Version of the V1 Plate.
