above sais it all... BTW I got 18x8 with a 40 offset! Someone who actually knows please, no guesses/assumtions!

what? I am asking is if they fit... if u seriously interested in that size tires I can get u them pretty cheap (used with good tread). Debating option for my 18's... but I am 90% sure I will just sell them as I am buying a set of 17 se OEM rims.

265s are too big for a 8" wide rim... Most people run 245s on a 8.5". 265s might fit on the rears but not up front.

265/40 with a 40mm offset at the rear might also not fit.

and like ch13f said, you need a wider wheel.
