Wheels and core hub

Hi, I am trying to put 20" rims on my 07 maxima SL and I just have a few questions I'm hoping you guys might be able to help me out on. I am thinking about 225/35/20x8 I'm not sure about which offset to have I found a wheel calculator but I'm just not sure what the dimension of the wheel clearance is ? would you happen to know the measurements to the left side of the pic? and also I think I need a hub centric ring since the core of the rim is bigger than that of the center bore of the car am I right? Would there be any other factors to keep in mind and their measurements?
